Pixels: Blinkies

The phenomenon of blinkies is primarily associated with weblogs or blogs (online journals). Some also use them in their signature line in boards, or simply to brighten up their personal website. Then there’s always the dilemma whether blinkies are embellishing or not… For instance, there’s great fun in posting blinkies simply because there are so many people claiming to hate them.
